Q: My account says it's suspended for unusual activity, what does this mean?
For many reasons, this message appears when we need to review recent account activity.
Q: I logged in, but I can't play the game. What is the User Lobby?
When your membership payment is accepted, you will no longer be limited to the user lobby.
Q: I named my pet, but I was given a different name when it was approved.
Usernames and pet names are auto-generated for you if the name you have picked is deemed unacceptable.
Q: Remove pet application
To remove a pet, you have to send a "remove pet" request through the Create a Pet page.
